Hola Emmanuel, lo más sencillo es que respaldes las fotos y videos que tengas en la tablet y le hagas un Reset de fábrica, así se eliminarán todas las aplicaciones (incluyendo las que te estén generando problemas y virus), y la tablet quedara como si recién la comprarás.

Luego sólo le instalas las Apps que necesites y le agregas las cuentas para utilizarla como antes.
